- New! Any unclaimed prizes will be reassigned after two weeks. No exceptions.

A number of authors have let us know that folks are entering the giveaway saying it's okay to add them to the author's mailing list and later protesting this add or denying they made this selection. Please don't do this. We keep the entrant lists each day and can prove what was selected. Also, it doesn't necessarily improve your odds of winning to give permission to add you to a mailing list. Entrants who repeatedly elect to be added to a mailing list only to protest or deny it may be suspended indefinitely from the giveaway.
- An increasing number of emails have come back from winning email addresses stating that the account is over quota or suspended. Any emails returned for this reason will be disqualified from that day's drawing and will be excluded from future giveaways for a period of 30 days.
- Entries with invalid email addresses will be disqualified.
- Only one vote per IP address allowed.
- Only one vote per email address allowed.

- Books are donated only in the formats posted here. If you enter and win an ebook, we can only give you that ebook - not print. So don't ask.
- A different winner will be selected by the individual publishers and authors above - meaning multiple winners each day, not a single winner for everything that day.
- In most giveaways, winners are selected by the individual publisher and author participants. In those cases, they will contact their selected winners - not TRS.
